Antecedents of Consumer Online Shopping Intention towards Fashion Goods

Abstract:

The online fashion goods retail market is expected to grow by 3.5 times that of the present size to reach 14 billion dollars at the end of 2020. With the availability of smart phones at reasonable prices and ease of access to the internet, there is an entry of both brick and mortar stores and exclusively online players. One of the major components while studying the market potential is the penetration done in the size of the entire market. For the fashion goods segment in the online retailing as of now only 4 percent of the market is covered, which gives a great possibility to attract new players in the segment as well as enhance the customer base of the existing players.
